Sunny Oakwood

This client was downsizing into a city condo and wanted to bring all of their treasured heirloom pieces.  The challenge was to design a fresh and bright kitchen and bathroom that utilized their favorite pieces of furniture.  The kitchen layout and cabinets stayed the same but we opened up what was a pass thru window into the kitchen to make it more connected to the rest of the condo.  What was a formal dining room became a casual sunny breakfast room.  In the bathroom we converted an heirloom dresser into a vanity.
